Масштаб моей работы подразумевает комплексное взаимодействие с заказчиками, проектными институтами, подрядными организациями. И это огромное количество людей, с которыми нужно найти общие точки соприкосновения и грамотно выстроить общение. В рамках своей зоны ответственности я могу самостоятельно принимать решения, даже если они выходят за рамки каких-либо стандартов и требуют прохождения нескольких этапов согласования – ведь это занимает минимум времени. Такой подход позволяет быстро и эффективно реагировать на любые рыночные изменения, что крайне важно в современном ритме жизни.
Я понимаю насколько правильные решения принимает менеджмент компании – как долго-, так и краткосрочные, и не перестаю удивляться их дальновидности и умению улавливать все изменения рынка. Все глобальные стратегические решения всегда принимаются с расчетом на долгосрочный результат, а не краткосрочную выгоду. В Hilti есть четкое видение, которое постепенно формирует команду и стратегию, а также цели и пути их реализации. А симбиоз ценностей, людей, задач и методов их реализации – главный ключ к успеху. На российском рынке почти нет компаний, которые делают столь правильные продукты и имеют такие подходы.

Я пришел в Hilti 8 лет назад на позицию технического инженера в г. Санкт-Петербурге. Спустя полтора года я продвинулся по карьерной лестнице и «вышел в поля» – на строительные объекты наших клиентов. За это время мне удалось принять участие в проектах по восстановлению и реконструкции памятников архитектуры, строительстве коммерческих объектов и многих других. Спустя пару лет успешной работы меня пригласили в Москву на позицию инженера по ключевым проектам, где я участвовал в строительстве и восстановлении таких объектов, как башня «Федерация», стадионы ЦСКА, Лужники, Динамо и другие.
На момент трудоустройства в Hilti я даже не думал о работе в продажах: я был инженером с опытом работы как на строительных объектах, так и в крупнейших проектных институтах. Но погрузившись в мир Hilti, я понял, что работа здесь – это нечто большее, чем работа проектировщика, ГИПа или продавца-консультанта. Продажи в Hilti отличаются тем, что ты ежедневно участвуешь в созидании разнообразных строительных объектов, решаешь огромное количество сложных и интересных задач, участвуешь в интереснейших переговорах и принятии важных решений. И делать это особенно приятно в составе высокопрофессиональной и эффективной команды.
За свою трудовую жизнь я еще не встречал компаний, которые так же серьезно подходили к развитию своих сотрудников, как это делают в Hilti – начиная с момента трудоустройства и на всем протяжении дальнейшей работы. I discovered Hilti in a Business Case. The company culture described in those pages sounded amazing and idyllic. I joined Hilti’s Outperformer program in Mexico in November 2014. Being in sales for one year was a challenging but rewarding experience; knowing that I was bringing the best solutions to my customers was the main driver and creating a team spirit despite not being in the same location was what kept me going.  
 
Later I joined the Marketing team in Mexico to develop a process to provide special services to big projects (i.e. dedicated transportation or even a mobile Hilti Store). I then moved to Buenos Aires, to work with the regional team in LATAM (Latin America) to define a Hub concept with shared services (i.e. customer service, training, marketing, etc) to increase competitiveness in all the markets of the region. After that, I moved to HQ to work in corporate development and global aftermarket services strategy.  
 
All these projects were incredible opportunities to meet and work with remarkable people, to discover different cultures and countries, to develop myself and to contribute to the success of the company.  
 
This year, I finished the Trainee program and joined the Marketing team for Western Europe as Cordless Product Manager, I am extremely excited to be working with different countries and facing new challenges. 
 
When I look back at my journey in Hilti, I can’t hide a smile. I feel happy of every step, every challenge and everyone I have met. I am excited by my current role and looking forward to the future.

I joined Hilti in 2016 while still in high school. I initially did not meet the educational requirements for the role as a student worker in marketing, but my perseverance, hunger and ambition granted me the job. Exactly 1 year later, I was asked to take over a fulltime role as responsible for all marketing activities in Denmark. This meant crafting a direction within marketing for a company which is part of a global organization of over 30,000 employees across more than 120 countries. 1 year and 1 month later, I was offered to join the digital team in the regional headquarters in the UK. Achieving this role at the age of 22, I became responsible for developing and directing industry-leading digital strategies whilst leading 5 teams of digital specialists across 5 countries and 24 social media pages.
 
I began my journey at Hilti in the most junior role existent in the organization, moved to a different country and achieved a strategic team leader position within 2,5 years, before turning 23. All of this, whilst studying for my degree in International Business.
 
What still motivates me today is the opportunities to grow. What I learn at Hilti is invaluable for my career and personal development, and my rapid growth is thanks to the opportunities and support that Hilti grants me.

I joined Hilti in Mexico inside the Engineering Department and later moved into the product side of marketing. I next took a more strategic role and, after a while, became strategic marketing manager, still in Mexico. I’m now back in product management, working on direct fastening products in Headquarters and handling projects in a global scope. So it’s sort of familiar ground, but on a worldwide scale. Being in Schaan was an incredible experience as I got to know how global projects work and met amazing colleagues. Now I’m based in US and still working as a Product manager (living the true spirit of a global team). It’s great to be able to run the projects I was taking care of in Schaan while being really close to our customers.
 
Hilti always show a genuine interest in getting to know you, which I think is so important for a business. After all, a business is made up of people. It also means it’s not just work, work, work. They understand you have a personal life too. The leaders are all good at making that personal connection while supporting you on achieving results and personal development.

As a student, I worked for several years in the global marketing team of a renowned medical technology company. During this time, I noticed that the marketing and sales teams often disagreed, despite sharing the same sales strategy. To understand why the opposing points of view, I decided to apply for a job in sales - to experience sales for myself and see the customer’s way of thinking. 

Hilti attracted me for their strong brand and premium products, but mostly because I’d heard they have a good development program for young people.

In 2014, I joined Hilti as an account manager and found it very exciting to become part of the Hilti philosophy, to learn different sales strategies and to get to know our products.
 
At Hilti, the customer is always our main focus and I was worried I’d find it difficult to get the customers on board, to prove myself, in what’s traditionally a man’s world. But this only motivated me more and it didn’t take long for my customers to trust me and listen to my recommendations. To be considered their expert was a great feeling for me!
 
While sales is a brilliant introduction to Hilti, as a graduate of international marketing management, I didn’t want to be a sales professional forever. So I moved to Cologne as sales consultant for our asset management software ON!Track, and shortly became part of the marketing team. It means I now get to use my skills in marketing, but still working closely with our customers, which is really exciting and varied. I really enjoyed the interaction with our customers and the opportunity to teach them, for which reason I wanted to further develop in these areas. Thus, after two years as a sales consultant I now work as a technical trainer for customers trainings in the areas of occupational safety, fire prevention and rebar

My journey with Hilti Emirates started in January 2018 as business developer in the power segment after 6 years work experience in the Middle East. As the only Chinese national working at Hilti Emirates at that time, the task of building a relationship and even the name of Hilti in my customers’ mind were built from the ground. Therefore, I was facing many challenges. However, I my line managers and colleagues took care of. I was also being trained systematically on product know-how, company structure and culture all at the same time. I felt I was fully equipped before I started in the field, dealing with our customers. As a result, my power project has been fully developed after one year of hard work and reached an amazing turnover of over 2 million AED.
 
Since then, my responsibility has expanded to the whole Gulf sub-region covering 14 projects in four countries. Chinese customers are becoming increasingly engaged with Hilti and benefiting from our great value proposition.
 
I enjoy working with such a professional and supportive team, my abilities and experience have been strengthened as well. I truly believe that my Hilti career will continue to grow!
