Масштаб моей работы подразумевает комплексное взаимодействие с заказчиками, проектными институтами, подрядными организациями. И это огромное количество людей, с которыми нужно найти общие точки соприкосновения и грамотно выстроить общение. В рамках своей зоны ответственности я могу самостоятельно принимать решения, даже если они выходят за рамки каких-либо стандартов и требуют прохождения нескольких этапов согласования – ведь это занимает минимум времени. Такой подход позволяет быстро и эффективно реагировать на любые рыночные изменения, что крайне важно в современном ритме жизни.
Я понимаю насколько правильные решения принимает менеджмент компании – как долго-, так и краткосрочные, и не перестаю удивляться их дальновидности и умению улавливать все изменения рынка. Все глобальные стратегические решения всегда принимаются с расчетом на долгосрочный результат, а не краткосрочную выгоду. В Hilti есть четкое видение, которое постепенно формирует команду и стратегию, а также цели и пути их реализации. А симбиоз ценностей, людей, задач и методов их реализации – главный ключ к успеху. На российском рынке почти нет компаний, которые делают столь правильные продукты и имеют такие подходы.

Я пришел в Hilti 8 лет назад на позицию технического инженера в г. Санкт-Петербурге. Спустя полтора года я продвинулся по карьерной лестнице и «вышел в поля» – на строительные объекты наших клиентов. За это время мне удалось принять участие в проектах по восстановлению и реконструкции памятников архитектуры, строительстве коммерческих объектов и многих других. Спустя пару лет успешной работы меня пригласили в Москву на позицию инженера по ключевым проектам, где я участвовал в строительстве и восстановлении таких объектов, как башня «Федерация», стадионы ЦСКА, Лужники, Динамо и другие.
На момент трудоустройства в Hilti я даже не думал о работе в продажах: я был инженером с опытом работы как на строительных объектах, так и в крупнейших проектных институтах. Но погрузившись в мир Hilti, я понял, что работа здесь – это нечто большее, чем работа проектировщика, ГИПа или продавца-консультанта. Продажи в Hilti отличаются тем, что ты ежедневно участвуешь в созидании разнообразных строительных объектов, решаешь огромное количество сложных и интересных задач, участвуешь в интереснейших переговорах и принятии важных решений. И делать это особенно приятно в составе высокопрофессиональной и эффективной команды.
За свою трудовую жизнь я еще не встречал компаний, которые так же серьезно подходили к развитию своих сотрудников, как это делают в Hilti – начиная с момента трудоустройства и на всем протяжении дальнейшей работы. Это и постановка бизнес-целей, и наставничество, и, конечно же, большое количество различных тренингов и семинаров. I only knew Hilti as a product brand from working previously in the mining sector. When approached by a head hunter to work for Hilti I started researching the company as an organization. When I started speaking to people who worked, or used to work, for Hilti I was delighted to hear so much positivity about the culture of the organization even from people who left the company already. That for me gave me the courage and willingness to move forward with my employment.
 
I choose to move from Finance to Human Resources to be in a role where I can impact the lives of everyone in the organization and create a healthy working environment and corporate culture that encourages everyone to come to work every day wanting to give their very best. So it was my proudest moment with Hilti, to receive the award for 3rd Best Place to Work for in Saudi Arabia for 2018.
 
From a corporate culture point of view, I have found Hilti to be as I expected and even more, but what made Hilti stand out for me, is its focus on people development and the various global career opportunities it gives for every team member in the organization regardless of gender, background, or nationality.

Upon graduation from university, my goal was to find a company that provided me with the opportunities for international career moves as well as functional expertise across a broad range of fields. Naturally, Hilti was a perfect choice due to its global presence and its tendency to develop its people through different functions within the organization.   
 
Thus far, my experience has been a challenging but rewarding one. After gaining experience in Marketing and Finance in Moscow, I was able to then look at the Hilti business from a Global standpoint with a broader view at Headquarters. This is when I gained a more technical understanding of finance and decided that it is the most appropriate career path for me long-term. With this new technical expertise in finance, the next logical step was to apply this knowledge in sales organizations where I was fortunate enough to work in four different market organizations within a span of 5 years.
I believe that the potential for international mobility combined with visibility at the most senior levels of the organization is what makes Hilti an especially motivating place to work at. As I am settling in my new role, one thing is certain – the previous challenges across different functions and in different countries have prepared me well, and will undoubtedly play a vital role in my ability to grow further, from both personal and career perspectives.

I joined Hilti in June 2015 as the Head of HR Business Partners in Great Britain and Ireland.  I was attracted to Hilti because of its great track record in engaging people, Hilti GB has been in list of the top 100 companies to work for in the UK for over 10 years. I wanted to work in an organisation where people are truly at the heart of the organisation’s strategy. 
 
Before I joined, the HR structure had been re-designed and my role was newly created.  This gave me the opportunity to develop and implement new ways of working. I enjoy working in fast paced environments where change is essential to support organisational growth. This describes the reality of my experience at Hilti and why I find it so rewarding. Growing organisations need innovation and continuous improvement in its people approach.   
 
My team and I focus on partnering with Directors and their Leadership Teams to develop and implement people plans to enable them to achieve their business results.  There is huge breath to what we get involved with from coaching Managers through to developing new people strategies.   
 
As we grow we create more opportunities for our people every year and Hilti is an organisation which encourages people to build their experience cross functionally.  For example, one of my HRBP’s has moved to run a Sales Team and our Lean Manager will be joining the HRBP team next year.  This means there are more interesting and dynamic career paths available.

I started my career with Hilti as an electrician apprentice in Plant 4 Thüringen. I grew up just ten minutes away from Plant 4, so Hilti was an obvious choice. The company had an excellent reputation in every way – including its apprenticeships. At school, I was more practical than academic, so this was the perfect career start for me. Twenty years on, I’m a Hilti ‘sherpa’ in different organizations and countries.
 
Hilti has always been great at giving me opportunities to progress, with various training programs and courses including an MBA in general management. The business theory is a useful complement to my practical experience, and the combination has given me solid acumen for every new role. It’s important to see business areas other than the one you’re involved in.
 
I love working with people and helping them develop, both professionally and personally. Everyone gets that opportunity at Hilti – to grow your career and grow as a person. It’s all part of developing our company culture as a whole.
